Garnett has been commissioned to write for collection catalogues, art reviews of shows, curator statements for exhibitions, press releases, art statements and biographies for artists. He has written and published children's books, songs, his first book (Baloney Express), as he works on the completion of several book projects.
PLEASE NOTE: The early biographically driven articles to the left were commissioned by Thea Westreich for new acquisitions. The tenor and flavor of this early writing was designed to highlight the importance of the creator and the new acquisition, so these short pieces are overwhelmingly positive, grand and arguably flowery by design.
