Dear Sandy:
Just a formal note to thank you for the portrait. I know how time consuming it was and appreciate it all the more. I don't think it needs anything at all so I will keep it as it is and when you are rich and famous, my estate will sell it for a million dollars. Stay in touch.
With warm regards,
Wm. F. Buckley
Dear Sandy,
Last night, unable to sleep, I ended up in the living room with the light of a full moon coming in through the winow. I looked at my son in the moonlight and the tears started to flow. I knew then that I had chosen the right artist fo his portrait and that my son would always be home. Thank you.

Sandy My Dear,
I want you to know how much I adore the portraitof my grandmother. Your skill and artistry have grown so much in the past few years, and I am very fortunate to be a beneficiary of it. I'm proud of the way you continue to be true to yourself - the mark of a real artist. Thank you for gracing me with your friendship and your gift.

Dear Sandy,
I was in visiting G this weekend and saw your portrait. I was quite simply stunned. You not only captured her likenes, you captured her soul. It portrays her essence, and it also shows your love for her. It's a gift for all of us.
It is a truly remarkable painting and you should be very proud.

Dearest Sandy,
You did it. You really did it. Somehow you captured my grandfather's warmth, strength, and love of the ocean in a single painting. The more I look the more I see as it hangs in my New York apartment. You have to visit your painting this fall.
My grandfather truly likes. He has made a few comments about it, like how good he looks and how he loves the sky and water... on and on.
Thanks for creating something that will always remind me of the good, kind and loving man my grandfather is and always will be in my heart.
Love, L.K.

Dear Sandy,
This is a long overdue note of thanks for my grandmother's portrait. As I'm sure you could tell by my tearful reaction, I was and continue to awestruck whenever I look at your painting.
I wanted to invite you to the 'unveiling' party we had for my family, but it turned out to be a very impromptu event at my sister's house at the last minute when my grandmother was down unexpectedly from Burlington.
When the veil was lifted on the painting the room was filled with oohs and ahhs. Many were overcome with emotion. Everyone was taken by it and wants to borrow it. My grandmother loves it and now has it to show her friends. Thank you for creating a lasting heirloom for our family.
